Once our Finalists have shown at the Fashion Fringe Catwalk Event, the real work begins as they become businesses and their brands become labels.
First up, we take our winning designer (or design duo) to Paris for sales following the September catwalk show, where they take a spot at a show room in Paris for several days most recently at Zip Zone. This is the first opportunity for international sales following their Fashion Week success.
Throughout the year, Fashion Fringe aims to find opportunities to showcase the latest collections from our former winners and Finalists at private sales events, hosted in London. Last year, we held a Fashion Fringe sales event in London’s Covent Garden as part of our Vogue Fashion’s Night Out activity, which you can read about here.
Once launched, our winning designers work with their Sales teams on hosting their own sales events after each season, where buyers and private clients have the opportunity to review the pieces up close, and to purchase looks from previous seasons.
These events are always popular and we assist all our Alumni designers in promoting the details to the Fashion Fringe community and wider fashion industry.
