How does Fashion Fringe work?
Fashion Fringe aims to find, nurture and sustain undiscovered, highly creative fashion designers in Britain.
From the applications, ten Semi-Finalists are selected and invited to London to have their abilities tested in a technical day at the London College of Fashion before taking part in a board interview by an internationally renowned judging panel and/or Chair.
Three Finalists are then announced and will spend June, July and August working on their Fashion Fringe collections which will be showcased at London Fashion Week the following September.
During this time they will take part in an intensive mentoring programme and Fashion Fringe will provide them with the financial support, studio space at the London College of Fashion, and technical assistance to create 12-15 looks for their capsule collection.
